Dear Parents,
Following on from our earlier email today, we can confirm that we will be open on Monday 23rd March for the children, who’s parents we have contacted and the children of parents who are designated ‘key workers’, in line with your emailed requests. Those parents who requested child care, but who are not eligible, have been contacted directly to inform them of their ineligibility.
The school times will operate as normal, for eligible children, however, the main doors will be used as the access the school, not the usual routes. For those parents who are using the service, please can you update the office with changes to your contact details and provide any update if you want to change the emergency contact person, if they are a vulnerable relative or friend. School uniform will not apply during this period and normal clothes should be worn.
School dinners will be available as normal for pupils attending the day care. This means if your child usually receives a free school meal, this will be provided in school and children who usually pay for dinners, will still be able to book a dinner.
For children entitled Free School Meals, but who are not attending the day care, a packed lunch will be available for you to collect from school between 11.30 and 12.30. If your child is in Foundation, Year 1 or Year 2 you will receive an email and text to confirm you are eligible for a free school meal. If your circumstances have changed and you think you should be entitled to Free School Meals please contact the school office.
Kind regards
